We understand that traditional touch and feel is an important factor when it comes to buying Sarees and Salwar Suits.
When buying Sarees and Salwar Suits online, touch and feel isn’t possible. However, to counter this concern, we have introduced an easy “7 day return policy”. This policy gives you the benefit of returning the product in case you don’t like it. All you have to do is simply courier us the product within 7 days from the date of delivery, in unused, original condition and we’ll refund you the full amount paid for the product.
Did you know - We follow a strict quality check, packing and dispatch process -
- All products on the site are fresh and new.
- All products are checked for quality before been dispatched. A special process is followed to check the minutest of defects. This helps us to deliver you fresh products with no defects.
- All Sarees & Salwar suits at the backend have a unique code which helps you get the same products that you have ordered.
- We dispatch all the products in 4 layers of packing (plastic cover, bubble wrap, corrugated sheets and a non- tearable plastic bag) this is to ensure that the product reaches you safely.
- We deliver through logistic partners like Aramex, AFL, DTDC, Indian Speed Post and few others. These courier / logistic teams are only allowed to deliver packed products. They are not authorized to do open deliveries or take open-products back.
The product, original barcodes, tags, labels and brand packaging should not be tampered
- Products should be returned in the original packing box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
While returning the products, pack the products in the box, and wrap a plastic cover of white paper on top of the Box
If possible, email us the Courier AWB number so that we can track the returned shipment
Please Note: We'll not be able to accept / process refunds of products which are not received back in original condition. The product should be returned back to us along with the original packing box within 7days from the delivery date.
We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. Incase of bank transfer (NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (as in bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code.
